The World This Week

                                          THE PRESIDENTIAL APPRENTICE
                                                                       or
A SHORT ESSAY ON THE FOLLY
                                                         OF HYPOCRISY

This Week, Babylon the Greats new boyfriend bolted out of the inaugural gate like an angry
and enraged old Bull, heading straight for the Mexican Matador with such a fury so as to scare
him into cancelling their first scheduled grudge match!  This was followed by a slew of executive
orders that make Homey in his first tenure appear like a closet conservative.  However by the
end of the week the grace and maturity of the British P.M. appeared to have a calming effect on
our political novice who then proceeded to make calls and try to start up or shore up whatever
international relationships he deems important.  All of this is now overshadowed by one of the
aforementioned executive orders, its implementation the result of the common political practice
of fulfilling campaign promises in hopes of securing the base for re-election purposes, regardless
of the consequences, but with no Dignified to reign in the Efficient, it becomes anything but!

On a lighter note, the Devil (aka Uncle Sam or Hell's own worm) also found himself a victim
of the new administration, receiving his own executive order stating that his refusal to serve in
Heaven for such a protracted period has rendered him obsolete, however if his desire to reign
in Hell remains the new administration believes there may be something opening up for him in the
not to distant future.
