While attending a global security conference in Munich this week, Russian P.M Dmitry
Medved announced Friday that relations between his country and the West were
slipping into a new state of Cold War.  This was immediately confirmed by Enviroment
Canada as it announced temperatures could easily reach -45C across most of the country
and into the northern U.S. for the next week or so.

After a long overdue 900 year old make up session held in Cuba this week between
the Roman Catholic and Russian Orthodox institutions, the Roman Pontiff remarked
to the Russian Patriarch "So we are good then regarding the transgressions of Napoleon and
Hitler against your people?"  To this the Russian Patriarch replied "All is forgiven my
brother, all is forgiven. As I explained in our discussions, all of our previous differences
have been satisfactorily resolved between us except for our long held disagreement regarding
the original geographical placement of the Holy See. Its like my cousins husband, who
is now some big wig real estate developer in Rome keeps telling me, that there are only
three words you need to know when choosing a place to open your business, and they are

                          LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
